We receive a lot of messages on Facebook & through email. Please keep in mind that it may take us a few days to respond to you, replies on weekends are limited. We design & manufacture all of the parts we sell which is why it can sometimes take that little bit longer to get your parts to you.

Yes, we ship everywhere. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Most UK orders dispatch within a week. If you haven’t received a tracking number for your order after 3 weeks then please contact us.

Most EU orders dispatch within 2 weeks. If you haven’t received a tracking number for your order after 3 weeks then please contact us.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you will not be charged customs or import charges. We ship from Northern Ireland, which is part of the European Single Market

Other countries, please consult your governments websites. We cannot declare lower value on customs forms, it is illegal.

Please contact us before returning an item. Once your return has been approved, please ensure that you include a copy of the orignal order confirmation within the return package.

It’s pretty simple. If a part has broken due to a fault or manufacturing defect, then we will replace the part free of charge.
